The only complaint I have with this is that there's a dip in the lid of the dressing compartment which tends to catch dressing (and possibly small 'toppings' like grated cheese or sunflower seeds) so that you end up with a bit that's not shaken on to the rest of the salad when you pull the lid off. This is really pretty minor, and I suspect wouldn't be as much of a problem if I didn't have a tendency to overfill the salad container so there's less room for it to 'spill'.
Otherwise, it works great for keeping a crisp salad with a good amount of dressing ready in the fridge until lunch. I bought one for my husband and one for myself, and make a big batch of salad to sit in the fridge at home - voila, work lunches are made all week. Have had no leaking or unintended opening problems, washes easily.
